The tracker is inspired by the Börsdata high-dividend screener. Each stock is scored 0–100 based on how many of the seven criteria it passes.
Threshold: ≥ 8%
Current dividend yield must be at least 8% to match the Börsdata screen.
Threshold: ≥ 8%
Average yield is sourced from Yahoo's five-year average dividend yield when available. When it is missing, the tracker estimates it from the last five years of dividend payments versus the current price.
Threshold: < 2
Net debt below 2x EBITDA keeps leverage from eating the dividend.
Threshold: ≥ 15%
Yahoo Finance does not always report ROE. When ROE is missing, the screener falls back to ROI, ROIC or ROA in that order. The metric actually used is shown in the table and detail page.
Threshold: < 15
P/E below 15 aims to avoid overpaying for the income stream.
Threshold: ≥ 10%
Five-year earnings-per-share growth is approximated from Yahoo's annual income-statement net-income history and shares outstanding. When shares are unavailable, net-income growth is used as a proxy.
Threshold: ≥ 0%
1-year performance above 0% filters out stocks in severe near-term downtrends.
